For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive . . . for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not as a results of works, so that no one may boast. (I Cor 15:22; Eph 2:8,9)

Meet Marie!

I will be introducing you to some of the girls that I am teaching the Word of God and pottery. This is Marie. She is in the 12th grade and will have to make a decision what to do with her life in 2 months. She is a very sweet girl and said she would like to go to the University. She is a refugee from the Democratic Republic of the Congo where she fled with her father because of Genocide. She does not mention her mother because something terrible happen to her in the Congo. The 2 days that I have instructed in pottery, she has stayed all day. She loves pottery.

While we were having a pottery class today, a man from the UN came by to see what we were doing. His job is to help better the plight of the female gender in Namibia. Perhaps he will take an interest in what we are doing.
